How do I choose the right heel height?
We offer heights ranging from 6 to 10 inches. Beginners typically start with 6 or 7-inch heels for stability, while advanced dancers often prefer 8 inches or higher for better floorwork leverage and aesthetic lines.
Are your shoes suitable for wide feet?
Many of our boots feature adjustable lacing which is excellent for wider feet. For sandals, we recommend choosing our 'Wide Fit' specific models or sizing up if you are between sizes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging. We recommend trying them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as scuffed soles are ineligible for refund.
Do you offer vegan-friendly options?
Yes, a significant portion of our collection is made from high-quality synthetic materials, including faux leather and patent PVC, which are 100% vegan-friendly and durable for pole use.
How should I clean and maintain my shoes?
For patent finishes, use a damp cloth and mild soap. For suede or faux-suede, use a soft-bristled brush. Always ensure your shoes are dry before storing them, and avoid leaving them in hot cars as this can weaken the glue.
